Her sire is now competing at Grand Prix.
A keeper, with a priceless 'pocket-pony' personality,
wonderful trainability and refined beauty. She supervises the uppity
youngsters and is always ready for our next riding adventure. Bridlewood Dawn Lass (known as Dauntless to us for her imperturbability) was High Harpeth Farm's very first Morgan Horse. She started us on our dressage journey as well as our love affair with Morgan intelligence and versatility.
A very confident guy, who taught us how to drive, carried our daughter in Pony Club, and then served as a trail horse for a Kentucky gentleman regaining his confidence after a terrible accident. He now lives in Maine teaching another family to ride and drive. His new owner says: "Wow! I can't believe after all these years and a lost email that I found you on the web. We bought him from Russ years ago and hauled him to Maine. We love him. He has won blue ribbons for dressage, trail ridden alot, done all sorts of parades both in carriages and ridden. We dress him up sometimes for the parades. Everyone around here knows him. Many thanks for a wonderful horse that had the best foundation training!" -Sandy Swett
An intelligent, mischievous clown, who now serves as a much-loved school horse for beginning riders. Here is what his current owner has to say about him: "Legacy, I think you called him Legs, is doing fine. He is at Jeff and Sheila's farm in Arrington, TN. He has been the most wonderful horse! They have about 350 acres and we trail ride or ride in their covered arena. My great niece is taking riding lessons on him and he's such a gentleman in the ring. He's the best thing I ever did for myself and I thank you for raising a great horse! -Christie" |
